Can we receive payment before the event date?

We can facilitate partial payment before the event, but you must submit a request by emailing us at info@qtrainers.com.

To process the partial payment, we require the following documents:

  1. An affidavit affirming that you will conduct the event as scheduled, with no intention of cancellation or postponement, signed by you and two witnesses on an INR 100 stamp paper (notarized).
  2. Confirmation that 100% of seat bookings for the event have been completed.
  3. Confirmation of venue booking, including payment details.
  4. Full details of the event company owners, along with their ID proofs.
