Can we receive payment before the event date?
We can facilitate partial payment before the event, but you must submit a request by emailing us at info@qtrainers.com.
To process the partial payment, we require the following documents:
- An affidavit affirming that you will conduct the event as scheduled, with no intention of cancellation or postponement, signed by you and two witnesses on an INR 100 stamp paper (notarized).
- Confirmation that 100% of seat bookings for the event have been completed.
- Confirmation of venue booking, including payment details.
- Full details of the event company owners, along with their ID proofs.
